Shipping & Delivery Policy
At bikiniclub, we want to get you beach-ready as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines to ensure your new favorite bikini arrives right on time.

1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. During peak summer seasons or major sale events, processing may take up to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days (Free on orders over $75).

Express Shipping: 3–5 business days via DHL/FedEx.

International Shipping: 10–20 business days depending on the destination country.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or local carrier issues which are outside of our control.

3. International Customs and Duties
For our international mermaids, please be aware that [Your Brand Name] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.

5. Lost/Stolen Packages
bikiniclub is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
